Arizona Career Pathways

Arizona Career Pathways provides evidence-based career navigation and wrap-around support to lower-income individuals pursuing a credential through the Maricopa County Community College District. By partnering with Maricopa Community Colleges, the program helps students complete certifications and degrees in high-demand fields like Healthcare, IT and Advanced Manufacturing through proactive engagement and removing financial barriers such as educational fees and emergency basic needs. We focus on building trusting relationships through mentoring and career coaching, in addition to direct financial support to ensure these emerging professionals graduate and secure living-wage employment without delay.
